1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "jl86" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service operated at jl86.lat and all associated mobile and web interfaces.
• "Operator" refers to the legal entity holding the PAGCOR license under which jl86 operates.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a jl86 account and is subject to these Terms.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration at jl86.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's jl86 wallet, comprising deposited funds and credited bonuses as separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by jl86 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposited amounts held in the Player's jl86 wallet that are not subject to wagering requirements and are withdrawable upon identity verification.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum aggregate bet turnover that must be completed on eligible jl86 games before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose license jl86 operates.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures, comprising identity verification and age verification processes required by PAGCOR and Philippine law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a jl86 account, accessing the jl86 platform, or placing any wager through jl86.lat, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jl86 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the jl86 Operator under Philippine law. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide to jl86 during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, complete, and current.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a jl86 account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. jl86 enforces mandatory age verification on all accounts before real-money gameplay is permitted.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a jl86 account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons registered under any self-exclusion program, including jl86's own self-exclusion system and PAGCOR's exclusion registry;
• Employees, contractors, officers, or agents of the jl86 Operator or any affiliated entity;
• Persons accessing jl86 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

Each Player may register only one (1) jl86 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single person, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during jl86 account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued ID for KYC purposes. You must promptly update your account information should any details change. jl86 accepts the following Philippine government IDs for KYC: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and Postal ID.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl86 account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. jl86 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify jl86 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

jl86 is required by PAGCOR to complete KYC verification on all player accounts before real-money withdrawals are processed. Verification documents must be legible and authentic. jl86 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending completion of verification.

5 Deposits

jl86 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl86 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

jl86 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting arising from third-party payment processor downtime, bank processing times, or incorrect payment reference information entered by the Player. In the event a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, Players should contact jl86's 24/7 live chat support with the relevant transaction reference number.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at jl86 are processed to verified payment methods only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day in most cases, subject to the respective bank's processing schedule.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a jl86 withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your jl86 account KYC verification must be complete and approved;
• The withdrawal amount must not include Bonus Funds that are still subject to active wagering requirements;
• Your account must not be under review, restricted, or suspended at the time of the withdrawal request;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your verified name.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

jl86 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits to player accounts. Current applicable limits are displayed in the Wallet section of your jl86 account dashboard. VIP-tier players may qualify for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of the jl86 loyalty program.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jl86 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All bonuses are governed by specific terms disclosed at the time of each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your jl86 account as Bonus Funds and are identified separately from Real Money Funds in your wallet;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for jl86 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount on eligible slot and casino games;
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied;
• jl86 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that the bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms;
• Each player is entitled to claim each jl86 promotional offer once only, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise;
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jl86 platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft, among others. Each game is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface on jl86. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall govern in respect of account-level matters including payments, bonuses, and account management.

jl86's live casino games are conducted by real human dealers using physical game equipment (real cards, real roulette wheels, real dice). All game outcomes are determined by physical randomness and are independently certified. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at jl86 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one jl86 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using jl86 in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the jl86 platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the jl86 platform or any game to obtain financial advantage;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players;
• Conducting charge-backs on deposits without legitimate grounds;
• Accessing jl86 on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your jl86 account.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

jl86 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its discretion in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of a self-exclusion request, PAGCOR directive, or any other circumstance that jl86 deems necessary for the protection of the Player, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon account termination, jl86 will process a withdrawal of any verified Real Money Fund balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud, breach, or criminal investigation is outstanding. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account termination for cause.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jl86 account may do so by contacting jl86's live chat support at any time. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl86 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, interface design, text, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of the jl86 Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jl86 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of jl86 content without the Operator's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl86 and the Operator shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, loss of data, system downtime, or third-party payment processing failures.

jl86's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any claim relating to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim, excluding any amounts that have been successfully withdrawn.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl86's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

14 Privacy

jl86's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the jl86 Privacy Policy, which is available at jl86.lat/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a jl86 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the jl86 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.

15 Amendments

jl86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where jl86 is required to implement changes on shorter notice due to regulatory requirements or legal obligations. Continued use of the jl86 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jl86's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jl86's support team in writing via the live chat or email channel.

If a dispute is not resolved through jl86's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. As a last resort, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
